* Determines online advertising campaign requirements by utilizing product or service knowledge, understanding of the interactive web environment, marketing research, media capabilities, and audience characteristics.

* Identifies current and future online customer service requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual web-using customers and other persons in a position to understand customer requirements.

* Develops advertising budget by conferring with agency artists, codewriters, graphic designers, copywriters, photographers, and other media-production specialists to select media and estimate costs.

* Obtains client acceptance by developing an online campaign strategy; preparing and presenting proposals, concepts, storyboards, and other copy, print, and onscreen mock-ups.

* Guides advertising production by coordinating marketing research, copywriting, art layout, media time and site design, special display, and promotional items.

* Implements advertising campaigns by negotiating screen space; authorizing contracts.

* Evaluates, adjusts, and redirects advertising campaigns by studying and analyzing sales results, demographics, customer satisfaction surveys, and other market research information.

* Maintains client confidence and protects advertising operations by keeping information confidential.

* Provides account information by answering questions and requests.

* Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

* Contributes to agency effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.

* Contributes to agency team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Estrela Marketing Solutions has produced a series 60 second spots branding Estrela Auto Finder as a one-stop shop for consumers to start their purchasing process for a new or used vehicle. The program is designed as an independent third-party search service that generates, sort and distributes leads that contains added protection from DNC infractions.

All inbound calls generated by these spots are answered by our 24/7 call center. Operators are fully trained to captures up to 20 fields from contact information to trade-in and financing. All leads generated are delivered to dealers the following morning via email.
